"I worked at JD.com Cons: The whole company is a hot mess! Can’t believe such big name in China is doing such a bad job. People are constantly leaving or preparing coding interview and ready to leave any chance they can. Don’t be fooled into this company. Also you may have to work late or even on the weekend if some big “important people” are coming from China to visit, to show them how hard you work here. So sick. The culture is not good. You also have to stay late for meetings with China. Lots of pressure but no good outcome. Pathetic company. Plus the CEO had done something that ruined the whole company."

Current Employee - Staff Software Engineer says

"I have been working at JD.com full-time for less than a year Cons: 1. management is definitely poor, especially the leaders. In my team, the manager did not chat with their buddies any day and only care of how he can report to his manager and push the jobs to the limit; 2. people work hard here only because they are afraid of losing their h1b status and the management tries to take advantage of it; 3. no feedback channel or 360 review of the management team, each team seems doing their own and only care about the KPI not the people"
